Python

What's your thoughts/feedback about Python on an Microsoft environment (SQLServer/VisualStudio)?

Anyone here running Python extension for Visual Studio ? Maybe connecting to MS SQL Server?

I'm aware of a python extension for Visual Studio and I'm sure it can connect to MS SQL Server but any reason why that wouldn't make any sense at all?

I guess that if you are hired to do some programming and Python is what you feel comfortable with and given scenario is MS based I guess that'll probably be the only reason why that would make sense, right?

Any input?
