Whatss the difference between track webdesign and track front end web development?

Whats the difference and as a new to this, which one should I start with? Right now im going trough wordpress.

I think the difference is:

Front-end Development is specifically going into the technique of creating a website. While the WebDesign track covers the same thing AND then explains the workflow of creating a concept for the website. Including the design of the website, logo design and more.

So if you are purely interested in technique, do the development track. If you want to know more about creating a website starting with an idea, creating a concept with that idea and building your website. Do the WebDesign track.
