Whay we did not start 'JAVA WEB DEVELOPMENT' Track from Servlet and JSP?

Without knowing the basic of Java Backend technologies, it is difficult to me to understand high technologies. It is important to know what is behind of Spring and Hibernate Frameworks in order to complately undersand why we need it? I hightly ask you to add courses about these('Servlet', 'JSP', 'JDBC'...) technologies, because I love how teamtreehouse teachers teach and they are very clear in explaining. Actually, in my country, these tehcnologies are important than framework. I think these basic technologies are important to become a java developer. Please consider my request and give me advice. Thanks!
