When building out a Wordpress template, which framework do you find easiest to work with?

It seems to me that many of the premium themes that are out the are built on the bootstrap framework. I prefer the use of sass and how how lightweight Foundation 5 is. Am I likely to run into any limitations or conflicts when creating a WP theme using Foundation?
