When did he change the transform-origin back to 50% 50%?

Just did the animation and noticed my animation star points were jumping about until I noticed that Guil changed his transform-origin back to 50% 50%? But I couldnt see when he did this. Did he do it in this video or last or did I miss something?

At about 825 in the previous video he says "...set the transform-origin to center with a value 50%, 50%".
