When did Program.cs get filled out and Command.cs appear on Solution Explorer?

After CleanupBranch was created and published, the Solution Explorer on the video suddenly had a Command.cs class and Program.cs was filled with new code. Meanwhile Program.cs was still empty on my end and no Command.cs class generated. Anyone know if there is a video missing or is there something that needs to be done for TeamPowered to match up with the video's?
