CSS Animating SVG with CSS Transitions and Transforms Transitioning SVG Properties

When guil wrote the transition property under the class, why didn't he specify the CSS property to be transitioned?

I believe it's because the default value for transition-property is "all" -- so if you don't specify a particular property when setting transition then it will just apply it to all changing properties. I'm not sure either though - I started looking into that myself.
