When Hope clicks on both icons and is able to drag both icons at the same time. How is it done?

Hi, I tried to rewind the video over and over to figure out every time the instructor clicks on two icons, where they get contained in one box and she then drags both icons to duplicate them. I never figured it out no matter how many times I replayed the video. She did not mention how she did this. I had to drag and drop the icons one by one if I had to duplicate them. Please help. Thanks.

Jo Anne Miraflor-Mailman It sounds like you need to draw a box around both elements and this should select them both. Alternatively, you can select one (left click), then hold down shift to select your second... this should allow both items to be selected at once. From here you can hold down "alt" once both items are selected and it will duplicate both items instead of only duplicating the last one selected.

Let me know if that helps out at all.

Hey there Jo Anne Miraflor-Mailman! To duplicate an element or group of elements, you will want to select the element(s) your looking to duplicate and then hold down "Alt" on Windows or "Option" on Mac and drag your selection to create a new duplicate version.

I hope this helps. Be sure to let me know if that doesn't work or if you're still having any issues!

Hi Daniel Montgomery. :) Yes, I have tried this. I think there's something I am missing. For example, I want to duplicate both the apple icon and the right arrow icon at the same time, just like what I saw in the video tutorial where she wants to move the "Add a credit card" option on top, just below the word "Payment". Hope clicks on both the apple icon and the right arrow icon, then a rectangular box contains both icons, where she was then able to hold down "Option" and drag to duplicate the icons all in one go.

So when I click on the apple icon first then click on the right arrow icon next -- obviously when I press down "Alt" button, it makes me drag and duplicates the "right arrow icon only" -- excluding the apple icon. I think there is a step that I am missing. I wish I can post a snippet screenshot here in the comments.
