When I check my work i'm getting an message saying that the function isn't returning the right answer. I'm not sure why.

I've checked it in workspaces and it seems to be working correctly. What am I missing?

squared.py

# squared(5) would return 25
# squared("2") would return 4
# squared("tim") would return "timtimtim"

    try: 
        return string ** 2
    except TypeError:
        return string * int(len(string))
