When I try and open a new project, my computer sends me the error message "Your Android SDK is missing. what do I do?

I tried going to Configure, Project Defaults, project structure and SDK but I wasn't quite sure of what to do. I ended up downloading the SDK kit stuff but half way through the download my computer said it couldn't download something called "Google 26" I believe what it was call. What do I need to do?

Does it show anything in the 'Android SDK location:' box?
