When I try and start the workspace, it opens an empty folder with no index.html or .css files on the workspace.

When I click on the launch workspaces link on the video page and click launch it, I am able to get a workspaces that has the necessary files.

Did you happen to click launch a different workspace instead? If you do that, it will open up a completely different workspace that is brand new with nothing in it (or you can choose an existing workspace that you previously worked on).

Nope, I clicked the "LAUNCH IT" after clicking launch workspace.

Are you sure you aren't clicking the wrong button? Because when I launch the workspace I am getting the proper files. If that really is the case, and you are clicking on launch it, and you still get an empty workspace, you should probably contact TeamTreehouse support, because you may be experiencing a bug.

Here is the contact page - Look for the section labeled report a bug

Thanks! I already got a hold of them. They just told me to download the files from the "download" option and upload it manually. Thanks for the help.
