When running nodemon and node-inspector, I get an error message in the terminal

This prevents the debugger from reaching the intended breakpoint. The console error message is the following:

Error: No NativeModule in target scope

Nodemon and node-inspector seeming to be running fine in my terminal. Google land seems to think this might have something to do with CORS?

The particular lesson is Requests and the request object in Express Basics. If anyone has any knowledge about this, it would be greatly appreciated.
