When using a iPhone 6 or 6 Plus as the simulator or a live device, the UI Layout is very misplaced still, why?

When using the iPhone 6 or 6 Plus simulator or live device, the UI layout is very misplaced. With that said, how do you go about creating your layout to match smaller and bigger sized screens because the solution in this class didn't seem to solve that problem.
