When using Browserstack for the Responsive Design and Testing course, my website looks like garbage and I don't know why

I've repeated the course for a second time to make sure I did everything correctly and yet it still looks like it did at the very beginning of the course (when the pictures were huge and the heading was really simple). I copy pasted my workspace URL just like he did in the video but the URL looks different from his and I'm thinking this might be the reason. I even tried using his URL from the video.
