Btw is there any thoughts on if its still best to learn Objective C first, or go right to Swift as a beginner?

7,584 PointsPersonally, and I may be wrong here, but I've heard that objective C should be the foundation because it will let you appreciate the changes to swift moreso. Plus swift is a fast evolving language with no real 'standard' yet so it'd be better to come to grips with an established language rather than one in beta.
