When writing something to a file! feels like if some steps is ignored! why ????

FileOutputStream fos = new FileOutputStream(FileName); PrintWriter writer = new PintWriter(fos);

i think it should also include somewhere in the code OutPutStreamWriter something like:

PrintWriter writer = new PintWriter(new BufferedWriter (new OutputStreamWriter new DataOutputstream new FileOutputStream(FileName));
