This keeps on happening event when I click "restart challenge" witch is one of the options that it gives me. can one of the treehouse staff please help me.

33,856 PointsAre you using ad blocking software, or any sort of antivirus with that feature? If not make sure your internet connection is okay, and you don't have any downloads taking up a lot of bandwidth.

33,856 PointsThe reason I ask, Scott, is a student a few days ago found their ad blocking software was causing this to happen. This was after we found it was not an internet connection issue.
If you think it's not on your end, I'm going to recommend you contact support so they can see what's going on. Sorry to hear you're having this trouble!
