where am i supposed to be selecting the values from to answer this question?

This question says use any valid values you would like? i see the columns and the table name. where do i get the values from ?

The instructions state 'Use any valid values you want'. You can use the syntax:

INSERT INTO table_name
VALUES (value1, value2, value3, ...);

and just make something up.
