Java Turning On Spring Security with Java Config

Where are we comparing the username and password against the ones stored in the database?

Hey guys. I'm trying to login but it just redirects me to the form. Where are we actually comparing the values that the user inserted against the values that are stored in the database? I didn't seem him do any of that, but his login system somehow works.
