as far as I know, there are no free licenses of illustrator. You coud however try these options:
- Get a 30 day trial from Adobe (https://creative.adobe.com/de/products/download/illustrator?promoid=KSPFH)
- Get Inkscape which has many of the same functions, but is OpenSource and therefore free. (https://inkscape.org/de/)
- If you don't mind using an oder version, you could use lllustrator CS2, which meanwhile is available for free. Just google it.
