where can i exercise or make projets with javascript , html , css , jquery, json , xml etc ...

Yes there is and it's called workspaces. You can find more information here or in you can click workspaces from the navigation menu at the top of your screen.

Treehouse provides a great environment for working on your code online and later on gives you guides on how to start working on your own computer when your code starts to get more complex.
