Where can I find examples of production grade nodejs applications?

I am just about finished with the full stack JS track, and I haven't come across anything other than small scale demos...which are great for learning, but I would like to learn how to structure full scale production apps - which leads me to my question. Where can I find examples of proper production grade nodejs apps? I would like to learn how full scale projects should be structured.

Also open to book and further learning suggestions. Thanks!
