Where can I find Python Codes others wrote to take apart and learn?

Hi!!

So I'm really loving Treehouse so far. I've also been doing like Codecademy, EDX, Youtube, yada yada yada, and again, I really like Treehouse A LOT!!! It's been great and it's easily my number #1

BUT I also want to be able to just find codes and take them apart, you know? To see what others have done and then use what I've learned from the lessons to dissect codes and functions, libraries and scripts, to really learn, you know?

Is there like a source or website where there's a whole bunch of python codes and function and libraries for a whole lot of different scenarios that other have written, where I can see what they've done, take it apart and then later down the line when I need to write Python codes or figure out problems, I'll have some experience?

Again, I love Treehouse, but I feel like I'm learning French but I'm not walking around Paris, you know?

Is there something like that here at Treehouse?

MANY THANKS to anyone to reads this, gets what I'm saying and can point me in the right direction, so I have other activities to go along with my Treehouse lessons.

Uh the instructor for python here is actually very very good. He's like over 9000 expert. The python course here is like TOP notch.

I know, that's why I said Treehouse is my #1 favorite place to learn Python

I was trying to say I wanted to find a place ON THE SIDE from my lessons to just see a bunch of code people had wrote to examine it and take things part. Love even says during the Python lessons to practice taking codes apart and trying new things.

So we agree, the course here is totally top notch, I just wanted to know if there was also a site somewhere we people had post all kinds of python code with all kinds of different functions for a person to examine and take apart and not a different site that teaches lessons, as Treehouse is my #1 source for step by step lessons.

I'm looking for something more in the extra credit and practice category, something to apply all the lessons to to make sure I really am absorbing the lessons correctly. AGAIN, I've been LOVING the Kenneth Love Python Treehouse lessons.
