If you see a link to download project files but the link appears to be a "dead" link (as in, clicking the link does nothing) or what is downloaded is empty then you'll want to contact support and report a broken link or missing project files in download. You can do that easily by clicking "contact support" under "Have technical questions" to the right.

Sometimes you will not see a project files link at all and in this case it is because the material covered in the video doesn't create files necessary for the exercises used for the entire project.

For example, if you are going through the "Build a Simple iPhone App" project, the first two videos are introductory and thus, do not provide project files. The third video in this project is the first to provide project files because you start adding content to the exercise that you will keep for the entirety of the project.

If I have misunderstood your question please consider providing a link to the deep dive or project you are going through and I'll look further into why project files are not available.
