Where can I see implemented in Workspace changes?

Unfortunately, I can't paste a screenshot, but in video teacher just changes the tab to go to a web-page with changes. In the current version of Workspace I've nearly found index.html file among 10 other templates, pasted the code & do not see any tabs to view changes as a web-page. I'm newbie so sorry maybe for a stupid question.

Click the preview icon in the upper right corner. It looks like an eye.
