Where can I see the Journey Map from the example, for reference?

The camera keeps zooming in and out so I can't get a clear picture. It would be great to see a sample map.

While the exact post-it board in the video is not available (that I can see quickly, I have not done this course sorry), you can checkout the links in the teachers notes.

The Customer Journey Maps - Walking a Mile in Your Customer’s Shoes link in particular has an extensive journey map example as well as a journey map template that can be downloaded.
