Where did I go wrong in my assigning of a variable to 'favorite'?

I am appending color to preference but I can't get it to work. please and thank you.

NSString *color = @"Purple";
NSString *preference = @"My favorite color is";
NSString *favorite = [color stringByAppendingString:preference];

Hi chase,

You simply have your variable's backwards, you should be appending color to preference as you can see below.

NSString *favorite = [preference stringByAppendingString:color];
