Where did i mess up?

The current text has a black text on a white background. it wants me to change the text color to be white. i need to add the android textcolor attribute and copy/paste the android white value form the relative layouts andorid background attribute. ive tried to do that but nothing worked. what did i do wrong?

activity_main.xml
<RelativeLayout xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android"
  android:layout_width="match_parent"
  android:layout_height="match_parent"
  android:background="@android:color/white" >

  <TextView
    android:id="@+id/textView1"
    android:layout_width="wrap_content"
    android:layout_height="wrap_content"
    android:layout_centerHorizontal="true"
    android:layout_centerVertical="true"
    android:text="Treehouse loves me!"
    android:textSize="72sp"
   android:textcolor="#fffffff"/>
</RelativeLayout
  android:background="#fffffff">

Instead of using the hex value for white (even though that will make the text white!), the question wants you to copy the colour from another part of the code. See on the 4th line, where it says android:background="@android:color/white"? Why don't you try copying that value for white instead of #ffffffff?

Currently you've added some code into the closing tag for the RelativeLayout, you will need to delete that as well.

I think i understand what you are saying. here is how it looks like now.

<RelativeLayout xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android" android:layout_width="match_parent" android:layout_height="match_parent" android:background="@android:color/white" >

<TextView android:id="@+id/textView1" android:layout_width="wrap_content" android:layout_height="wrap_content" android:layout_centerHorizontal="true" android:layout_centerVertical="true" android:text="Treehouse loves me!" android:textSize="72sp" android:textcolor="@android:color/white" /> </RelativeLayout>

what else do i need to do?
