Where do I get the Android Studio beta used in the video? I downloaded AS 1.4 from the site.

Anyone else having this issue?

Hey Richard!

You can use any version of Android Studio to follow along the courses with, however in newer versions, things may work slightly differently. You can continue to use these new versions as normal and if you run into any issues during the courses, please let us know on this Community section and we'll guide you through.

The latest version of Android Studio is always available here.

If you wish to use the beta version of Android Studio (Experimental and may have bugs), it is always available here.

If you wish to download the version of Android Studio used in this course so that you can follow along exactly, please select the appropriate download link for your system below:

You can find video tutorials on how to set up your Development Environment for all these systems retrospectively: Mac | Windows | Linux

Hope it helps and if you have any questions/problems, be sure to let me know :)
