Where do I place the code blocks and what is the name of the object I'm charging

I'm confused here I don't know where to put my code because there is only one class/window, in the videos there are two. I don't understand how I should write the while loop, what's the object before the _ _ _. charging in the method.

Thanks in advance!

GoKart.java
public class GoKart {
  public static final int MAX_ENERGY_BARS = 8;
  private String mColor;
  private int mBarsCount;

  public GoKart(String color) {
    mColor = color;
    mBarsCount = 0;
  }
  public String getColor() {
    return mColor;
  }

  public void charge() {
    mBarsCount = MAX_ENERGY_BARS;
  }

  public boolean isBatteryEmpty() {
    return mBarsCount == 0;
  }

  public boolean isFullyCharged() {
    return mBarsCount == MAX_ENERGY_BARS;
  }

    public boolean charging() {
   boolean wasCharged = false;
   if (!isBatteryEmpty()) {
     mBarsCount--;
     wasCharged = true;
   }
   return wasCharged;
   }

    while .charging()) {
      System.out.println("charging!");

    }
  }

}

Place it inside the charge method.
