Where do I place the parentheses? I've tried so much they even recommend I restart the exercise for the pre-filled code

No idea where to place the parentheses.

It doesn't look like you've started yet, this appears to be the code the challenge gives you initially. It's not clear which "parentheses" you are referring to.

But to complete this task, you'll need to create a new method and then call that method twice as directed by the instructions and the hints in the comments.
