Where do I report an issue with the text challenge program? It accepts invalid code i.e. <form> VS <form></form>

Often when I submit code to the text challenge program it accepts what should be invalid answers. For example, if i type <form> with no closing tag it will check out as correct even though the code should be <form></form>.
