The cheer function is returning a tuple, such as ("Let's go, ", "Kansas City", "Let's go! ", "Royals"). The challenge is expecting it to return a string, such as "Let's go, Kansas City Royals. Let's go!" with a space separating the city and the teamname.

The . after the teamname should be added inside the cheer function instead of modifying the argument.
