Where is he getting his colors?

When Guil says, for instance, lets use light green and suddenly something like "#cadde5" appears instantly, is he just copying and pasting, or is there some shortcut in the text editor I'm not aware of?

You can get color codes from this - Example

Alot of resources available from searching color-hex or RGB values via google. :)

He is, indeed, simply copying and pasting.
