Python Regular Expressions in Python Introduction to Regular Expressions Escapes

Where is the number supposed to be coming from? What do I put after \d,?

I'm supposed to search for the fist number from some data but where is the data coming from(what do I out after r'\d',???

print(first_number)

Instead of creating and assigning a variable, the instructions tell you to "Write a function named first_number". The string that your code should search will be passed as the argument to the function.

Also, the function should "return the match object", you won't need to print anything.
