Where is the "pencil tool" video tutorial?

I am pretty sure we didn't "play with the pencil tool" in this chapter, as Ashley Burke says at the end of this video . And i don't see it in the next ones, or at "about this course" section, with the chapters of the course. Did i miss it somewhere or is that tutorial removed or bugged? Plus, a question related to the Pencil Tool appears in the Review.
