I see the download files, but no workspace was attached. I guess you meant to say, you can down the files for this practice if you'd like to practice these subjects.

The workspace tab contains the message "This video does not use a Workspace." But the video clearly says there should be one attached.
You may want to report this to Support using the instructions for bug reporting you will find there. It might even get you a "special Exterminator badge".

I have reached out to support before, for an unrelated issue in another course as well, and still have not heard anything. I'll just move on and make the most of what I can. This is why I love codepen, but being able to follow the exact project would be nice.

229,788 PointsFrom my own experience, I would expect a response to a bug report within a business day (remember Treehouse business days are Monday through Thursday). Now an actual fix might take longer, but you should still get a response to the email.
If you've sent one and not gotten a response at all in 3 business days, I'd suggest you retry in case there was some email delivery problem.
