Where is this file located : ServletContext resource [/api.properties]"}} (video ref: Deploying to Wildfly)

At the last step in this video I get this error: Could not open ServletContext resource [/api.properties] Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: Could not open ServletContext resource [/api.properties]

I did prepend the properties with classpath:
