Where to create todo_list_helpers.rb file -- No support folder

http://teamtreehouse.com/library/build-a-todo-list-application-with-rails-4/build-a-todo-list-application-with-rails-4/writing-test-helpers

The video shows that new file todo_list_helpers.db is being created in the support directory, which is shown listed between the routing and the views directories.

I don't have a support directory. Should I make one, or create the file in a different folder?

Too bad there is no way to delete a post. I rewatched the beginning of the video,

and see that the instructor created a support folder, so I will do the same.

I wonder why it wasn't automatically created.
