where to download this courses, I'm confuse?

i don't know where to download this part of the course. Im tried to copy the promp from there and I still can't figure this thing out..? anyone can show me were to download this part of this course. the folder i meant.

The links to download the course videos (in two resolution choices) should appear on the Downloads tab on the page. But this feature is only available to Courses Plus subscriptions or above, so check your subscription level to see if it is included.
