Where to have Flask app hosted?

I'm taking the Exploring Flask Track. Would anyone suggest 2 or 3 options for where to have my app hosted (outside of Treehouse Workspaces)? Google app engine? Free is good while I'm still figuring out what I'm doing.

Do you have a local dev environment? Have you checked out the Flask Docs and the install virturalenvs, or are you just looking for publicly accessible hosting?
