Where to place Columnspan Row

I'm not sure where to stick the columnspan row and if I even wrote it right.

The colspan attribute can only apply to table cell data (<td>).

    <td colspan="2"></td>
</tr>

Also, just FYI you accidentally didn't close your first <tr> set.
