Put it above the <html> tag like so (I'm using an HTML5 doctype as example):

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">
<head>
    <meta charset="UTF-8"></meta>
    <title><?php echo $pageTitle; ?></title>
        ...

That's great thanks buddy!
