Where to use jsdoc: getters, setters, constructors? Or only on regular and static methods?

Question title pretty much says it all. Should I be using jsdoc for all my setter and getter methods, too? And if so, is there any special syntax? I perused the jsdoc site a bit and didn't see anything about it.

However, I did see jsdoc for classes, properties of classes, etc. How common is that implementation?

How about jsdoc for the constructor?
