I want to create a database for users to sign up, login, and have their profiles editable for them to upload film, pictures, yatta yatta. I need to learn the steps on setting up the database plus editing the html and maybe php...?

13,023 PointsThere isn't really a How to make a social network instructiable...You should take either the Ruby track offered here, learn Python and use the Django framework, or take the PHP track here. There are tracks for Databases offered here as well. Maybe you could use some kind of wordpress plugin but I have very little experiance there.
