Wheres Option to turn on Text Completion/Suggestions

What happened to the auto completion, or more like suggestions setting in the Assistant Editor?

Like when you type var str = "Hello" than you type str. and as soon as you type . there are all those suggestions that pop up, it showed up when I was messing with code in playground following Amit's videos but now that I'm in Xcode using Assistant Editor the feature seems to be turned off.

I did not turn it off myself that I am aware of.
