Where's the advanced Javascript course build-an-interactive-website?

The course shows up in the library but when I click on it I get a page not found. I've looked in the content roadmap and it's not listed there. Is it an old course not taken down or a new one not finished yet? I know the link ends in 'upcoming' but usually there's a placeholder page.
