Which course explains 'Cocoa pods'?

Hi all,

I'm working my way through the iOS track and have reached this point on that route.

In this lesson, Sam Soffes mentions that if you're unfamiliar with 'Cocoa pods', which I am, then I should work through the course on pod.

I've no idea what it is or which course it is on - I had a look but couldn't see anything.

Help would be appreciated!!
