Which elements are page elements?

Hi, This is going to sound stupid, but I don't remember talking about page elements? Is this the first hes introducing this? I don't know why he introduced those specific classes under page elements?

I don't think he's using the term "page" to mean any particular type of elements. I think "page elements" are just "the elements that are on the page".
