Which framework for a multiplatform multiuser notes app.

Hi everyone,

I have been playing with an idea for a notes app. Basically I'd make it for my needs as a web app only, but eventually I'd want to add in support for multiple accounts/users and maybe develop for Android as well.

For now I've only gone through the front end track, and polishing those skills, but I'd like to form a plan for what framework and general back end stuff to learn to have the necessary skills to build this thing. As for other languages, I've played the most with Python as well. Any input for my "next step" in my education would be greatly appreciated :)
